Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Training
Changes in the U.S. labor market are forcing the need and demand for certified Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDF) because of their excellent reputation, experience and qualified training. We provide in-depth, interactive training, based on the curriculum of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). This training will prepare your workers for their role in the workforce development system. Completion of this training is the first step towards individual certification.
Continuing Education / GCDF Recertification Training
HRDI offers three (3) workshops structured to meet the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) approved method for earning continuing education clock hours. Workshops are geared toward professionals in the field of career development and will enhance the professional’s role as a career development facilitator. Participants can earn up to 4.5 clock hours per workshop.
High Performance Career Development/HPCD Corporate Trainers
Career and Workforce Development programs face increased competition and heightened expectations from customers and funding sources. The High Performance Career Development Programming (HPCD) model utilizes the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) core values as its foundation. The model is made up of 222 individual activities in 22 categories across five programming domains. HRDI trainers and auditors will help your organization establish a baseline score which is the starting point for accreditation as a HPCD program.
