Walt Lodes Jr., Senior Regional Manager, M-HRDI recently achieved the rank of Master Trainer in Dallas, TX through the National Career Development Association. The National Career Development Association (NCDA) is the premiere professional organization in career management. NCDA inspires and empowers the achievement of career and life goals by providing professional development, resources, standards, scientific research, and advocacy.  Walt is now a member of a select group of 60 individuals worldwide who have achieved the status of Master Trainer since 1998.

Potential Master Trainers are selected through a rigorous application process.  Selection is also based on experience in career management, regional location, expertise, and professional commitment.  The status of Master Trainer designates individuals who are experienced and knowledgeable professionals who train others to become instructors in NCDA’s international Career Development Facilitator program.
