Assistance to job seekers with life‐long resources such as career exploration, job searching, training, education, placement, economic support, advancement, and re‐training.
P2P groups allow workers to remain connected to their fellow workers and transition back into the workforce. Most often organized through Rapid Responses and Employer Information Sessions, P2P provides free guidance and support for employees of companies that are downsizing.
